Attention: Manufacturers, Importers and Wholesalers

Effective April 8, 2008 at 12:01 PDT, the following is in effect for users of the price filing system:

• Uniform Pricing:
  Uniform pricing remains in effect
• Price Changes:
  All price changes will remain in effect until changed – you are required to reasonably notify all your customers when price changes
• Markup:
  The 10 percent markup remains in effect
