Customers give liquor stores and employees high marks in survey

The survey, conducted by Elway Research, Inc., also revealed customer support for changes to improve convenience and customer service, such as 15 new stores, standard hours of operation, liquor store gift cards, restaurant delivery, and web-based ordering for customers and licensees to be picked up at stores.
The December 2010 telephone survey included 1,210 adult citizens, made up of 599 liquor store customers and 611 non-customers.
