Application Page-Out-of-State The beer/wine Certificate of Approval allows for the sale of domestic product to Washington State distributors or importers. This applies to domestic breweries, domestic wineries or out-of-state brand owners, Authorized Representative for U.S. produced Wine and Beer, and Authorized Representative for Foreign produced Wine and Beer.
