Attention Spirits Distiller Certificate of Approval (COA)

Out Of State Distiller reporting requirements effective March 2012
Beginning March 1, 2012, a Spirit Certificate Of Approval Holder may sell spirits of its own production directly to licensed Washington State Spirits Distributors, WA Spirit Importers, and WA Spirit Retailers.

PLEASE NOTE:  Form LIQ-162 has been updated to include details from LIQ-162A and form LIQ-162A has been eliminated.
